My 5-star review isn't for de designers of this document, but for Internet Archive, who published it.
I've looked into the document, with the 4 scenarios, one of them is called "Lockstep" the description of which begins on page 18.

What I've found in that scenario, is shockingly and eerily similar to where we are today, March 11 2021. With a vaccination-passport made mandatory in the starting blocks, which is sold to us as a means to get our freedom back.

How many ask yourselves how it's ever possible to lose your freedom by a right of orders given by others, of authorities. I believe that there's an enormous deception going on, an immensely intelligent scenario. At the same time, I do know that this is the end game. The game will soon be over.

Humanity will have responded to this misery in ways no Wizard of Oz could ever imagine. Why can't he imagine? Because his perception is void of creativity, frozen in the ice of control, manipulation and receipt.

That's the name of his game, see? We're all beginning to enter his dwelling. Wait for the day when the curtain falls. Please, read the lockdown scenario, and make up your mind, your own. Not those of others. That's been going on for too long, see?
